Hi, I'm Jo.

And my mission is to help you discover the life-transforming benefits of meditation & mindfulness.

For well over a decade I've studied and trained in meditation, mindfulness and self-enquiry with Angus Ford-Robertson and The Battersea School of Yoga in London. I've also clocked up hundreds of hours of Vedic meditation practice and most recently trained to teach the Unified Mindfulness Programme (developed by Shinzen Young with breakthrough results in Harvard University Medical Centre's research trials). I’ve been lucky enough to teach people in the UK and Asia, as well as online. I currently live in Brighton with my family.

With a fifteen-year career as a copywriter for global brands, a couple of life-changing events and three children, I've discovered first-hand the power within ourselves to transform anxiety into something better: bliss.

It was chronic panic attacks and debilitating anxiety that led me to my first meditation & mindfulness class back in 2012. Back then I had no idea then that not only would I become free of dread, but I would find myself on a journey of such discovery and wonder. My meditation practice has completely changed my life and given me access to bliss I can't unlearn. Not only that, my creativity as a writer bloomed, my intuition sharpened and mothering my three children got so much easier.

And the best news is that with regular practice, benefits are inevitable. Whether it's stress, panic, anxiety, OCD, grief, sleep issues, addictive behaviour or anger: Into the bliss is here to help you find the bliss you can't unlearn.
