We forget the other fork.

Try this little mindful manoeuvre next time you’re feeling any type of shoddy:

  1. Stop and close your eyes
  2. Drop any held tension in your body (face, shoulders, stomach, buttocks etc.)

  4. Breathe it all the way out through your mouth. Let it all go
  5. Notice how you feel now

Could this moment be your one-way ticket to a fresh beginning?
