Why develop your own practice?

Just ten minutes a day is all it takes to start reaping the rewards of a regular meditation practice, 20 minutes a day can be transformational. By training our brain to fully reside in the present moment, we become masters of our own awareness, deep rest, healing and transformation.

This course is grounded in Shinzen Young's acclaimed and science-backed Unified Mindfulness programme - a unique yet effortless system that has had breakthrough results (Harvard University Medical Centre's research trials).

It was chronic panic attacks and debilitating anxiety that led me to my first meditation & mindfulness class back in 2012. My meditation practice has completely changed my life and given me access to bliss I can't unlearn. Not only that, my creativity as a writer bloomed, my intuition sharpened and mothering my three children got so much easier.

Sessions 1 & 2

You'll:

  • Learn the benefits of having your own meditation practice (from both a science & soul perspective)
  • Experience deep presence through meditation
  • Find and commit to your ideal daily meditation length and time-slot
  • Learn about motivation and why you don't need it to meditate
  • Be empowered to meditate on your own once a day for the next five days

Sessions 3 & 4

You'll:

  • Discover the deep benefits of long-term practice
  • Explore any blocks or breakthroughs that came up over the previous five days
  • Take deep presence even deeper as we fine-tune your practice
  • Find and commit to your ideal time-slot
  • Build your practice into your lifestyle in a sustainable way
  • Be ready to meditate on your own anywhere, for life, without the need for apps or guidance
